Probably the best Guest House in Skegness, boasting a great night’s sleep on a luxurious bed, in a spacious en- suite bedroom, includes many extras and a hearty Lincolnshire breakfast.

Situated on a quiet tree lined Avenue, close to the town centre of Skegness, the beach, and with all other amenities within easy reach, the Lyndsay Guest Houses has been awarded Visit England Four Star Guest House status for the tenth year running.

The Lyndsay has been awarded the Visit England Breakfast Award for the fifth year running, also the Visit Britain Rose Award for Customer Service. Thus a high standard of quality can be expected all round.

To assure guest’s comfort, a No Smoking policy is used throughout.

We offer room and breakfast. A high chair is available.

Where possible local Lincolnshire produce is used throughout our menu. Special diets are catered for, please advice when reserving.

We have a private car parking for two cars on a first come first serve basis.

We are sorry but we can not accommodate hen or stag parties. We are sorry we do not allow any pets.
